The 3D Chocolate Factory is the perfect opportunity for EB5 Foreign Business Visa investors.  We are relocating our Headquarters to the Targeted Employment Area (TEA) of Detroit, MI. We will be hiring a dozen full-time employees for each one of our kiosk or cart systems within our network through our TEA Headquaters.  This will only require a $500,000 investment per kiosk and our goal in two years is to turn some of these kiosks into franchize kiosks.  Our target is to have a network of 1,000 kiosks and carts in place by the end of 2017.

 

Our system is designed so that we can establish an International presense within a very short period, especially since we have had requests from events companies and others from Britain, China, Korea, Japan, Singapore.
